your choices are
1) buy an ES
2) buy a trailer
3) put a box on the back

I think that you are looking for something akin to a "Beenybox" an external locker which fits under the floor, the following problems apply to this
1) I dont think that they make them anymore
2) there is no space to put one on a Nuevo
3) even if you get one and manage to get it fitted it wont hold the things you say that you want to store

We have a second-hand Northants (= Bourton) which came with a bike rack. We bought a plastic storage box with a lid (135 litres I think?) from Morrison's supermarket for £10, and tied it on to the bike rack with bungee. The wheels on the box sit nicely over the bike rails, and with the bike arm down on top of the box, its pretty stable. Holds the ramps, waste water container and other bits and pieces. Works very well, doesnt obstruct the back window. I have photos, but not sure how to upload them. PM me if you want to see...

When we ordered our Bourton we had the bit over the cab made into one big cupboard. I don't know where we would put the stuff we have up there if we hadn't. None of it is heavy but such things as spare bedding, towels and clothes. You would loose the skylight but I don't think it makes any difference to the light in the van and might be an advantage in stopping the sun shining on a head unadorned by hair when driving.

I hate things being out in the van - I have only just been persuaded to put our rolled up chairs in the cab footwell if we are not moving the next day rather than putting away properly each night.

The large bag I posted about from Amazon is much too big and impractical. it got returned.

Update from my June 4th post, I found a Fiamma Ultrabox 360 on Ebay for £80. Now sits on my bike rack. Fits outside chairs, Silver Screens, Spare toilet cassette.

Bargain, Job done! I recommend this box (but not necessarily at the new price).

Hi the under chassis storage drawers are made by Beeny box they are custom made but quite expensive

We have a Nuevo and I have bags for our Lafuma relax recliners. Whilst travelling these are wedged between the bench seats with our duvalay bags. On site they stay outside and take them in at night and without the bags fit behind the passenger seat once iseat has been swivelled around in prep to make the two single beds. Hope that helps

I never wanted a box so I stored our big chairs, awning mat, silver screens, shoes etc etc in the shower....which we never used.

We’ve started carrying our chairs in one of these:

Initially we stored the bag in the shower and under the van on site when the chairs were not in use. This soon migrated to the bike rack in lieu of a bike which is a lighter and cheaper option than a box. I haven’t driven with just the bag on the back. It’s normally accompanied by one bike and a Taylormade bike rack cover so double protection for the chairs.

Found it super useful for our Swift and our awning but havent bothered using that with the Warwick plus I didn’t fancy putting a rack on our rear door
