Glorious here today and likely to be for a few days.
Stopped feeling sorry for the camping tourists now!

Yesterday afternoon came out really lovely and it is sunny again this morning, looks promising. Easy day today, van is ready for departure on Friday. All waxed and looking glorious so it is bound to rain on the way to Plymouth!

Up and out with Tag before sunrise and while it's still cool, Noisy Gulls woke me up at 3.30 anyway.

Morning Boaby, working from home today.

A rather chilly 12 degrees but it is bright with sun poking through the light cloud. No rain forecast so hopefully a nice day.

Bright start to the day, depending who you believe rain on the way later. Visited the tall ships festival last evening it was warm and sunny a great spectacle. Scampi and chips overlooking all the classic yachts racing was like being on holiday.

There was no rain forecast for yesterday but we still got some. Got visitors arriving tomorrow so we need to do our shopping today, need to remember the odd stuff some folk eat for breakfast shrugg

Today's weather looks a bit more settled thankfully.

A lovely bright and warm start again today. Considering the weather we have had on some of our trips in he past it’s looking good for Flying Proms at the weekend. Having said that we are not put off by a bit of damp as long as the food and drinks aren’t too water logged. Soggy butties are not good.

Dry warm night, short walk with Tag,have to be up for Argos delivery this morning,new washing machine old Bosch is 14 , served us well too.

Looks like you might get some decent weather too Dave this weekend. I'm off to the airport on taxi duty, the £5 for stopping and starting sticks in my proverbial shrugg

At least the weather is set fair for today and tomorrow, very pleasant with temperatures going up to 22°c later. Take care whatever is on the agenda.

My old boy enjoying an 8 miler this morning - he’s in better shape at 13.5yrs than we are! Gorgeous early morning but clouded over a little now.

Clouded over here AG, Tag is not a beach dog, Maisie our last Border loved the beaches ,especially on Bute.

Typically it’s a grey and cooler day as we are about to start our travels. I don’t think awnings will be a good idea with the wind and hail forecast today. Maybe the weather will clear in time for the Proms tomorrow night.

Yet again the BBC and Google disagree about today's weather, the former say it will be dry and sunny, the latter, cloudy with showers later. Looks OK just now, bit breezy, but sunny with light cloud. Entertaining our guests today, my red coat is at the ready snigger

Torrential around 5am but just one sharp shower when I took the woofers at 6. Seems to have passed us now according to the radar so a little shopping and will pack the van for for the off tomorrow :-) We find NetWeather far more reliable than the BBC these days.

16 degrees and a touch overcast with a bit of wind. Supposed to be dry all day but cloudy according to the Met Office (there you go Tony, another different forecast confused3

Warm and muggy in the line up for the ferry at Plymouth hoping we get across before the impending low pressure and high seas. Ferry packed, dozens of vans and caravans.

Some rain overnight here, stopped around 5.30 and has cleared up nicely, good walk with Tag with his berghaus coat on.
Back in for porridge,waiting for fence panels to be delivered.

Wouldn’t want to be handling fence panels here, they’d end up in the Straits! Very strong winds, I’d guess at 40mph and my roses have lost lots of flowers even though I dead headed lots yesterday in anticipation. Stayed in the woods for the boys morning run….
Heading down to Malvern in the van later this morning, should be calmer inland.
