New Bourton 3pin 240V power sockets

I have a friend who has just purchased a 2021 Bourton & he has found that the 2 3pin 240V sockets on the bulkhead the other side of the cocktail cabinet are not working.
All other sockets are working.
He has made all of the usual checks, ie: breakers on, checked the microwave isolation switch in case they were wrongly connected to that circuit.
It is booked back into the dealer but is there anyone out there with any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

I would leave to the dealer to sort. Having said that, with the power off, I would remove the socket to check the connections, it could be either a loose one or trapped insulation 

If it was out of warranty and you fancied an investigation yourself. Look for the wiring diagram show the mains circuits coming out of the Sargent. On hook up my electric cooker hot plate and sockets were not working, Broadway 2011 both on same circuit. Had a lose wire in a connector plugged in the Sargent 328.
