Truma Ultraflow Compact Housing Empty Truma Ultraflow Compact Housing

I'm replacing a damaged housing on my 2011 Northants. When I try to remove the old one, I can only pull the unit out a small amount - see photo. There is no slack. I cannot get access from the inside. I would appreciate your advice. Tom
