TRUMA 6 HELP

My problem is the Truma 6 thermostat has stopped working properly ,I turned it down to 15 c last night got up to a temp of 21 c the heater would not shut down I turned the temperature down to 12 c befor it shut down , any advice would be appreciated .2014 nuevo

I take it they mean
room temperature sensor
they play up from dust and need cleaning
