Chilly morning,but dry, took a drive out to Hornsea for a walk along there beach with Tag,
Local Small Haddock fish suppers £14.60 ,with 2 cans of juice .really fresh and tasty.
Forgot the shops were shut on Monday at the Freeport , doh.
Have a nice afternoon, bangers still going off.

A nice bright but chilly day here. Muttly has had a strange 24 hrs. Fireworks last night and then management spent most of the night downstairs. This morning we we out early for managements hospital appointment. He got his walk whilst I waited to pick her up.
So far it’s been a quiet evening so muttly can relax and have his walk in peace with no nasty fireworks.

Mixed bag of sunshine and showers today.Trouble at the fireworks down here with local yobs, one had fireworks and the other battery acid. Police let one off and charged the other one.
I'll get my hat.....

Morning folks,

Much the same as yesterday.  Cold, dark and damp, only 5 degrees.  Stayed dry and sunny all day yesterday but rained overnight and he forecast is for the same again today.

Take care if out and about.

Glorious autumn morning here today, baro up to 1000Mb , from the 965 it levelled off at during Ciaran. Allowing , in early medieval measurements, 30ft altitude change per Mb we're now circa 1000ft lower than at 965. Only in terms of gaseous atmosphere, not physically!!

Gonna P down tomorrow allegedly....

Rain rain rain and more rain.Dishwasher blew up yesterday so told I have to go to Plymouth and St Austell to see some replacement ones
There's a fun day ahead and the wallet aches already.

Cool starlite morning earlier,nice walk with Tag along the promanard,back in for porridge.

Our dish washer is still going Gh,after 53 years.

We had electric via Hydro dams GH, even on the Islands , no mains gas though , hope you find the replacement you want, we look at the white goods in Currys and purchase online from Argos, usually cheaper .

We had a lot more electricity back then, and less need for it......

Now we need zillions more need and have less than we, even in summer, currently have..

Cool damp morning,sea fret/har is lifting leaving heavy moisture on the tons of tree leaves, short donder with Tag earlier,back for porridge.

Cold one here this morning.  The thermometer is lying - says it's 6 degrees but it sure doesn't feel like it and it's raining.  Think winter is well and truly here now.

We actually had a full day without rain yesterday,  first for at least 3 weeks. Back to normal this morning,  been raining hard since about 4am, eased a bit now, 8° which is as high as it will be today.

Rained all night but drying up now. Forecast is getting better so might finish the grass cutting when we get back from St Austell this morning.

Off in the van first thing to Struan Leisure in Perth to see if the can stop the step alarm when ignition is on. Going to be a noisy drive to Perth

Morning BB - up nice and early.  Same weather here, very chilly.  Wrap up warm and fingers crossed they can sort out the step for you.

Rained from around 10pm through to early hours this morning.  Dry now but only 5° with a 'real feel of -2' (can anyone explain that?) rising to max of 8. Shopping day and not much else planned.
Edit- 10 o'clock and pouring down again.

Dry starlite morning earlier, not raining yet,although forecasted for midday. Not much happening here.
2 new SCS sofas came yesterday,so comfy, Tags on to them straight away.

Back home from Perth, new step needed so ordered now just need to wait for delivery. Journey home much quieter, just usual rattles. Technician at Struans suggested driving with EC500 switched off. No alarm, no fridge on 12v and no charging of leisure battery while driving. Don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, guess that's why he is paid to fix them.

Turned into a nice day but clouds moving in from the hills.

First morning below zero this autumn, currently -1 and heavy frost on cars, will leave it a couple of hours before going shopping as need to pick up some prescriptions as well.
