Feels a bit chilly this morning.  10 degrees but it is dry and bright and no rain forecast.

Weather, who knows Cool and cloudy just now, forecast says it will stay dry so I'll take my raincoat if going out. We've to get a few hours of summer back between now and Friday when Autumn will return with more wind and rain.

Great advice for anyone coming to Cornwall on vacation at the moment......there is an excellent ferry service daily between Plymouth and Roscoff, save yourself the extra drive.

Dull and overcast, still mild, good walk with Tag down the harbour again.
BBQ later, some nice fillet steak ,baked fatties and corn on the cob.

Morning Boaby, dull and overcast here too, 10 degrees again and the forecast is to stay like this all day. Had light drizzle overnight dry now.

Yes, overcast but they reckon the temperature will go up to 24°c. Back to normal service tomorrow with wind, rain and it being cool. Shopping day, can't wait

When I went down to do breakfast it was quite warm but overcast. I have been tasked with clearing the weeds from the paths and drive today so I hope it stays dry. As much as I would rather hide in the workshop the metal I have ordered won’t be here until tomorrow.

Same here, dry and overcast with very little wind. Not ideal for the tall ships coming to Falmouth but ideal for my ferry to Roscoff in a few days. Just a bit of loading and planning to do, nothing exhaustive so an easy day today.

Thats the drive and the path under the kitchen window weeded. Its gone very hot and sticky almost feels like thunder is due. No more for today and lots of reason to pack in when management starts moaning. One the strimer battery is flat, two my back hurts and three I need a long drink and a shower. Its a bit early for a beer so coffee will have to do.

Just cut the grass in front of front fence with the new cordless mower, what a difference to old one. Previously had to move garden waste bin round to front of house, get extension cable out, lug mower to front of house then usually 3 to 4 trips up 10 steps with full grass holder from mower, took 45 minutes 9n a good day. New mower has 1 inch diameter less cutting blade, but has mulch attachment so no bin, no cable and no repeated trips up to bin. Took 20 minutes from picking up mower in garage to returning it and putting battery on to charge. No out of breath, no sore back and despite sudden heat today didn't even break sweat. Magic.

Dry warm day forecast but back to rain tomorrow. Booked Meathop Fell CMC for long weekend starting next Wednesday and weather looking sunny and warm at present

17 degrees here this morning and overcast. Forecast is for a showery day. Dentist later on this morning then shopping - what a joyous day.

A warm start this morning but there’s a cool breeze making it a bit fresher than yesterday. It must have been wam last night because I heard muttly draining his water bowl during the night. Unlike most dogs he only drinks from his bowl a couple of times a day. Occasionally he will call at the bird bath or plant trays for a drop of yucky water when he is in the garden. It’s no wonder he had bladder problems.

Woken by heavy rain at 4am, sound of all that water had inevitable effect and couldn't get back to sleep until I visited the loo.

Rain forecast at some point every day for next week or so, may need to dodge showers to get outside jobs done 

Quiet day planned unless management says otherwise

Rain overnight but dry and quite sunny now. I won't be fooled though, there is more rain on the way today. Quiet day for me too......possibly

We had a brilliant late afternoon/early evening yesterday. Hot sun, gentle breeze, lots of wine and nibbles. Bright sun again this morning.

Glorious day so far here and forecast to remain. That said it has to go some to make up for the cr*p weather we've had for what passes for summer....

A nice bright start to the day with a bit of a breeze making it a bit more comfortable. Muttly is running out of his chews so it looks like a trip to the shops this morning. The pound shop we go to is opposite Sainsbury’s so we might as well do a top up shop including something for a picnic tomorow.
Part of getting ready for next weekends trip has been to put some cleaning gunk in the grey tank so we are going for a run out to Barton tomorrow before draining the tank. If it’s dry we will have a picnic on the bank top before walking through the nature reserve.
The car park at Barton seems to be popular with motorhome owners because of the location and the car park is free. We often chat with other owners about their adventures. It’s mostly well seasoned travelers of a certain age.

Morning all.  16 degrees and raining and will be like this all day.  Luckily don't really need to go out today.
