Hi Kenny and welcome to the forum.    Nuevo owners will be on shortly, but I would suggest that your first port of call would be Autosleepers Spares Dept..    Hope your successful.   I had to replace one once in a non A.S. and got it from a main dealer.   It was expensive.

these are not available now, I had a mould made and when I changed vans it went to ASOC members who used it, are you an ASOC member, they could try to track it down, they also have a idea sheet how it was fitted. Replacement Handbasin Fd67ef10

That's an interesting way of gaining a replacement part.  That unit looks identical to the one in my Hampshire.  In my case one of the doors to the cupboard fell off when the material (ABS?) around the lower pivot wore thin and no longer held the pivot in place.  The unit still had the AS code and the name of the firm that had supplied them on sticky labels but contact with both the AS spares department and the manufacturer drew a blank.  I had to resort to stainless steel hinges overlaid on the outside for repair.  I lost the smooth look of the unit but at least the cupboard contents don't have to be picked up off the floor each time you stop driving.

I must say your temporary repair looks very good such that I might have been tempted to leave it at that but I admire your perseverence.

made the bowl from foam, covered in car body filler and then down to the local fibreglass company who made it from the mould, used mahogany for the wood. coming back to your doors, had the same problem, used plastic block threaded and bolts through as pins if any helpReplacement Handbasin Bolts110

I like your door repair.  I did consider the same but was short of time and was near a chandlers at the time so had a wide choice of stainless steel hinges.  Your repair is obviously neater than mine.  The corner mountings for the pivot pins are obviously a weak point to look out for.
