Fibreglass Handbasin.
It as taken me some time to locate a replacement handbasin for my Nuevo 2006 ES, the original basin was split and to make things more interesting it is heat welded and bonded to the base unit, I had no alternative but to use a Dremel and cut the basin off. With the help of a member of this forum we located a mould at a company called Motorhome Bumpers ( A W Marine ) on Canvey Island Essex who have produced a very good replacement, have now only to fit it.
Because of the very flimsy base unit i have had the back of the unit strengthened using fibre glass and hopefully will prevent further splits happening, yet to be fitted and married to the handbasin, but looking good so far.
