2011 Broadway bathroom wall screw covers Empty 2011 Broadway bathroom wall screw covers

To the left of the toilet I’m covers missing on the corner fixing screws. These are not the normal screw covers, these are flat and fix offset into the screw head securing the side and back wall. 

Anybody know where we buy theses?
