How does the media pack work

I specified my Corinium with the upgraded media pack, so today is my first time learning how everything works etc, I also had two Avtex tv’s how the heck do I get the tv to tune to digital signals, I have tried and tried but all I get is no channels found.  I’ve looked on the roof and I can see no aerial other than the auto satellite dish so does my digital signal come from the dish, if I access the dish all it does is go round and round searching for satellites - I have no sat box yet which begs the next question what sat boxes do people use.

Depends on what Avtex TV's you've got they may have the satellite tuner built in. Do you have the SR Mecatronic satellite, if so when it powered up press the button until you select Astra 2, it should then hunt for that satellite.
