2014 Nuevo: Android Media Centre
Hello - first post, other than my introduction of course! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
The 2014 Nuevo EK that I picked up last Wednesday has manuals for everything except the 'radio' which does many things other than play music.
I assume that it is an Autosleeper upgrade but it is unbranded and does not feature in the Autosleeper or Peugeot manuals. It looks like this:

Going to 'about device' was not much help...

I was able to make some progress (reversing camera, playing from device using bluetooth) but would like to be pointed towards an online manual please so that I can utilise it fully.
Many thanks
Scott

Appears to be an aftermarket "upgrade". [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
A search online might find a manual, search ROVERONE, model X5586, though there may be a built in one in the unit.

Thank you - I had found that one through a reverse image search but unfortunately it proved to be a bit of a dead end when I tried looking for further material.

Unfortunately not, but probably quite similar to the unit's actual manual. The menu page is in my photo and this manual's menu page is different but has the same general functions so it is potentially very useful if something else does not turn up - in the same way that using a Samsung Android phone prepares one for other brands.
I guess I now know it was not an Autosleepers offering - I am astounded that the 'About Device' page is so unhelpful!

It seems quite a common manufacturing policy by "no-name" Chinese companies these days. They don't want to waste any money on customer support, so they make their units as anonymous as possible. Many have no brand markings on them anywhere.

Is it something as daft as aerial not plugged in? My aftermarket device has good connectivity but that also means lots of wires plugged into the back. Probably got DAB as well as the usual VHF. Or you could just run everything - radio, sat nav etc.through it from your mobile phone.
