help with body work please Empty help with body work please

Whilst trying to clean the roof of the van I must have been over zealous with a brush and the head of it caused a small piece of the outer covering on the edge of the sloping part just in front of the heiki to chip off. I can see a rougher substance underneath. Its only very narrow and a couple of cm long but I don't want to end up with a damp problem. Any advice what I can put on it (something to harden and waterproof??) or should I get it done professionally. Anything as a short term repair?

Any advice from you DIY folks gratefully accepted!

If it is a chip in the grp repair with  gel coat epoxy filler . It is used to repair  grp boats below the water line, it is white and should match  roof .

You could use gelcoat Repair paste.

Slightly different thread but the wall covering is slightly coming away from the roof in the shower and I need something to stick it back down. Any suggestions of what to use that would be water and heat resistant?

Many thanks. HH
