If you've swopped your Broadway to a Nuevo, don't forget to change your profile.

Presumably you had a Whale system on your Broadway, so you'll know you need power on and socket lid pulled down to operate. Is van new? If not then filter may be blocked. I don't have the system so I'm sure someone more experienced will be along soon to help.

The Whale system is sensitive to mains pressure. We have good pressure and mine takes 12 minutes from empty to full. In 6 plus years I have had to clean the filter which is part of the solenoid valve once when I noticed extended filling times. The filter on mine is located behind a black cover in the bed locker and directly behind the input socket.
