For those members who are having problems with the slider switch on their Carver Fanmaster heater, there is a company who manufacture an upgrade to the slider switch, details as under:

Replacement switch for the slider control for Carver Fanmaster heaters 2000/4000 and 5500 models.
Intec Services. £58 with free P & P. They advertise on ebay.
I purchased one recently. Superb item. Easy to fit. Only took 2 days to deliver from ordering.
