False laugh Empty False laugh

Post by Shuggiegreen Tue Jul 21, 2015 12:29 pm

My wife loves watching Location Location and any house move shows on TV in the afternoon there is one on and most of the time the afternoon show has a bloke called Jules who shows the folk the three houses. This guy has the worst case of false laughing I have ever heard folk say something or he says something not remotely funny and he brays his head off. He is so bad he puts my teeth on edge and if I could get to him I would banjo the plonker and im not a violent man.

Oh how I sympathise!! tap_fingers tap_fingers tap_fingers

My own pet hates are:

Homes Under The Hammer
Where they all buy a house for pennies at an auction,
slap a bit of paint on it and then either sell it on for a massive profit,
or rent it for a price per month that would make a Saudi Arabian oil sheik tremble.

Couples Come Dine With Me
This is where three couples dine in each others house to win a £1,000 prize.
From the demography of the "couples" on the show about one in six "couples"
in the UK are homosexuals sharing the same bed.

I could go on ("Heir Hunters" springs to mind) but the red dots are starting to swim before my eyes!! Whistle1 Whistle1

Best regards,
drinksallround

Yes there is - try watching (if you can bear it) some of the so-called stand-up "comedians" on tv who burst into hysterical laughter at their completely non funny remarks in an effort to keep their audience onside.
Or some of the "canned laughter" on tv sitcoms where nothing at all funny has happened yet out to the tv speakers comes a short burst of laughter in an effort to stop us reaching for the remote "off" button !
Jules is ok! up!
