Broardway damp problems

Took my 11 month old broardway fb to fix few problems and habitation check only to be told that it has damp in several places and needs to go back to AS is this something that's exceptable not sure what to do about this. What do people think.

It is certainly NOT exceptable on an 11 month old van, & I for one would be very concerned about it, for even if & when any leaks are sorted, drying out & possible rot could be difficult.

Having had 3 caravans, all of which had panel joint leaks, is the reason I went for a monocoque, these can also get leakages, (windows etc) but much less so.
