where is the water heater on the 2013 Nuevo

Just bought a brand new 2013 Nuevo ES and are having trouble getting hot water.

any ideas please

What problems are you having, gas? or electric? or both?  On my older model Nuevo, the heater is under the offside seat, behind a panel which is the other side of the outside flue. Maybe different on latest models.

If you look for the circular flue outlet on the outside of your van that will tell you where the heater is.
You may find the habitation electrics have to be switched on even if you are using gas.
Other than that as Paulmold says, you will need to be more specific about what you are doing.
No doubt someone will post asking you if you have read the manual before long - so I would do that !!

the water heater is in the cupboard under the wardrobe

we tested the heating lasst night and this was great but we couldnt get any hot water. 

we are away this weekend and are going to have a good look at it all.

this van is a replacement for the Dorset ES that we had and the heating and water was obvious and brilliant.
