Roof Aerial Empty Roof Aerial

Has anyone ever replaced the whole base and aerial rod to such a vehicle, the roof is a Luton same as the Nuevo, the base vehicle is a Mercedes  Sprinter 2015, and if so how did you carry out such a task   Thank you
