Nuevo EK 2015 Reversing/Rear View Camera

Our camera has worked fine until a recent trip always activating when reverse was selected. Now all we get are vertical coloured lines on the screen which stays on all the time not just when reverse is selected . Looking for ideas please....anyone  know how to access the  connection to remove the screen?

Many thanks Ploughlin......it was the screen and thanks to Coleford Leisure my local motorhome dealer who had a surplus used one in stock ..switched over and works...CL are amazing and half a mile away. I was relieved it wasn't the camera.

I thought I was sorted but on our latest trip the camera has worked intermittently also coming up with the blue scree and  o signal prompt  before becoming active again.  I am wondering how when selecting reverse doesthe screen know to  become active?  Is there a wire to the gearbox?
Does anyone know?

Don't know for certain but I'm pretty sure it gets a feed via the reversing lights at the rear.
