Hi guys, warning sign and light has come on,indicating a problem with the drivers seat belt system.system appears fine.
Anyone knows how to turn off warnings light and sign.thanks John

I suspect the seatbelt incorporates an auto-tensioner in the event of an accident. If the correct signal is not received by the EMU a fault will show. Physical damage to the belt won't show a fault. Only the dealer with correct MB kit will be able to cancel the warning, probably, for such safety critical system.

To give an update, the drivers seat belt buckle on the seat was replaced by main dealer, dash board warnings taken off.
My question is members experience with breakdown communications.
Tried the numbers on the door pillar,free one permanently engaged, and the pay one huge queue waiting. I did not press the emergency one in cab.
Whats members experience with roadside assistance? T.i.a.

Don't have the MB assistance on my van, but the one on the car (E Class) works well, quick connection and rapid arrival of technician. Used the SOS button (by error) in a MB loan car once, immediate response.

The Breakdown service with my Comfort Insurance policy, worked brilliantly, when needed.
