Pull out bench beds

Noticed on our last trip little ball bearings all over floor under the bench lockers. Also found a bearing carrier that appears to have come out of the sliding mechs on each side of the bench/beds.
Ours is the wood slat pull out beds not the better metal framed bed arrangements - that we had in our previous Nuevo and far superior to this flimsy arrangement on our newer model.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Yes. On a Fiat i had slates.Rubbish.
