Re: Heating
Yes you are right, but we would prefer the normal electric heating which is quieter.

Operating instructions of AC in video link. Not mentioned but looks to be a black on/off switch on the AC unit

Re: Heating
Went to the truma unit, managed to turn off ac, pressed another button and got heating going, now warm in a quiet mh. Thank you everyone's input . Its a real problem being a southern softy. I dont really understand the correct way of doing it and would love to hear of any suggestions for if it happens again.

Re: Heating
I've just looked at the Trauma website on my phone
It looks as if you need to download an app which has s home page with about 8 buttons whose legends are hard to decipher but one of them is "instructions"
I got the strong impression that the app is the control centre and not the wall control.
PS The app is iNet X. You'll need to set up an account.
This must be covered im your manual somewhere.
PS 2 There is a video on YouTube from Brownhills which shows EXACTLY how to use your earlier iNet with the rotary and push knob. I don't think it mentions Aircon but that may well come up as an extra option to those that are mentioned when Aircon is present. I hasten to add that I have never seen the iNet system but it doesn't take more than a few minutes to find out the probable basics from a couple of Google searches.
I hope that has helped you.
