Note also it doesn't come from the usual email address group ending camc.com, it comes from camc@uk.vouchersandgifts.com so as Paul originally suggested, be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders.

We received our C&CC cards in the post at renewal as usual.  CAMC advised they had gone over to digital membership but there was a link to use on the website to order 'real' cards if preferred, however when I tried that it wasn't working - I advised them of this on Twitter.
 They said they were aware of the problem, asked me to send my details by DM which I did, they responded saying they had been requested for me and to allow 10-14 days to receive them, which isn't up yet.

I've checked my junk folder and there's nowt in there.

And my 10-14 days wait ended 50 days ago........
