Nuevo Control Panel Glitches
Good Afternoon All
My 12 year old Nuevo control panel [EC328T] tells me that :
1. Mains Supply is OFF when I am hooked up and all appliances are functioning.
2. Waste water is EMPTY when it is full.
These readings do not change. All other functions seem to work well.
If anyone can point me towards a cause or a solution, I would be most grateful.
Incidentally, if you are thinking of travelling to France this May [2023] the national holidays are: May 1st [workers], May 8th [victory in Europe], May 18th [Feast of the Ascension]. Be aware!
Thanks all,
Pete

Mains off means that the EC328 is switched off - red Switch on right of unit in wardrobe. That means no charge to the battery. if you switch the red Switch on then control panel should show Mains on.
As far as waste tank indicator is concerned it's probably the float in the tank gunged up with greasy sediment. Needs cleaning.

Thanks, Ron but...
Thank you Ron. Apologies for the delay in replying but we have been on the road [now in Avignon]. I tried what you suggested but no change in the MAIN SUPPLY OFF reading.
Note to self: must clean float in grey water tank some day in the distant future although, I have no idea how to access the grey water tank.
I thought I was Departmental road guy but it turns out I am Autoroute guy; it's just so much easier!

Tip - don't post in Dealer Chat section, that's for Dealers. Problems such as this need to be in Technical or Coachbuilt in your case. I imagine very few members check the Dealer section.
