Ec480 control panel calibration

Had 2 100ah agms batteries fitted a month ago,been off grid 5 nights battery ah shows 97% but leisure shows 11.9 obviously the batteries needed calibrating I have tried to do it ,it calibrated but stays the same,on a 2017 Corinium 🤬

From the field that nobody sees: the OP wrote "Low leisure battery voltage".

Sorry, but calibration won't change the voltage. As far as I can recall, you can configure the total Ah capacity of your batteries (which affects the remaining capacity that the panel displays) and you can recalibrate the current sensor (which affects the instantaneous nett current recorded by the panel). But the voltage won't be affected.

Do you have an independent means of measuring battery voltage? Typically you will find that the difference between the display and actual voltage (measured at battery terminals) is only a fraction of a volt.
