2019 Broadway Empty 2019 Broadway

Post by Bungle009 Fri Nov 12, 2021 10:14 pm

Hi,
Just purchased a 2019 Broadway, and 2 (of the 3) interior ceiling lights do not come on.  Any idea how i access the LED Bulbs.
Thanks,
Mark.

You may find a master switch by the door that needs turning on.

Don't forget to say hello, (you get better response if you do)

As Paul said, are you sure they're switched on?

AS have fitted numerous different lights over the years so a photo would help in order to give advice about replacing parts or the whole.

I’m not familiar with the Broadway but are these the flat round ones (about 5” in diameter) that you actually touch to turn on/off?
Any reason why you think it’s the bulbs, do you have 12v going into the light?
I’ve only got 2 ceiling lights but was surprised to find they are actually on different lighting circuits. Could you maybe have a fuse gone somewhere that feeds the 2?

Edit…blimey, 2 replies while I was writing mine!

Hi,
The lights are round ceiling lights with a touch button in the centre.
The prveious owner said he head checked that they had 12v into them so must be LEDS/bulbs.
Just need some advice on how they are accessed if anyone knows.
Thanks, and apologies if i didnt follow forum protocols.
Mark.

There have been at least 2 types of light of that nature used by AS so a photo would definitely help.

I suspect it is the type where you cannot change the 'bulbs' but you can order new lights from AS.

Here's a screenshot of the AS spares catalogue, are the lights one of these....?

Our led lights in the duo are coming up to 6 years old, no problems to date. I would check for 12v first, or have AS cut corners and bought cheap ones? ( no not AS what am I saying cutting corners!)
