Quick word of warning: Because of a flaw in the way that the forum is configured, the field where you wrote "Please can anyone tell me how to access the water pump in an Inca it is somewhere under the wardrobe?" is not visible to many users! It's completely invisible if you view the forum via "Most recent posts", and is invisible when you read the post itself.
Anyway... the typical arrangement for equipment fitted under a wardrobe is for A/S to fit a false floor - the telltale being a "tag" of fabric tape, which is there to help you pull it up once you have removed the fixing screws (which are often hidden under plastic trim caps).
However... it's not uncommon for people to forget to pull the piece of tape into view when they put the floor back down, which renders the next removal attempt more difficult. If that has happened with yours, you may have to fabricate a hook out of stiff wire (or something similar) to help you gain purchase to lift it out.

In my 2005 Inca (that was EL not EK), there was not a hatch in the wardrobe floor, you had to remove the whole floor that involved removing the Sargent unit and the box work around the flue - at least.
I was about to do that on a rally when the water pump stopped working but was inspired to reset the Sargent system first and that brought the pump back to life.

access to Shurflo pump
To access the water pump involves moving the Sargent unit. This is a right pain , so when I replaced my shurflo pump I modified the wardrobe floor by cutting it in half in front of the Sargent unit. Thus enabling easy access to the pump and water boiler etc I glued a backing strip under the floor panel to support the half floor access.
