Ceiling light Empty Ceiling light

Hi help please the 2019 autosleeper  eb has flush  fitting ceiling lights with a chrome surround  .one of mine has fallen off any one know  how to reattach  it so it stays in place .it just keeps spinning  round wont lock into place
