Neuvo special edition
Our van has some badges declaring that it is an ASOC 20th anniversary edition model no.1 of 20. Anyone know what was so special about these anniversary vans?

I know quite a bit about Auto-sleeper models but I've not heard of an anniversary Nuevo - I'm looking forward to reading any response.

Could you put on a photo of the badge?

Our 09 Nuevo EKes was a special edition model, it had a wee blue silver badge near the hab door.
Carnt remember the anniversary year, think it was 20,6/20 Roger (roll) new the previous owner.

Thanks, never seen one before. Have you compared your van with a non-anniversary one to see what if any difference there is?

Re: Neuvo special edition
2009 was the 20th Anniversary of the formation of the Auto-sleeper Owners' Club (ASOC), the badge pictured above celebrates that anniversary. As a committee member at the time, I was not aware of that and having just re-read the committee minutes for 2008 and 2009, there is no mention. I am reminded though that the then club chairman was not above making unilateral decisions that he avoided reporting to the rest of the committee.

Anniversary edition
Will try to find a similar Nuevo once we are free to roam again. My guess is extra items such as microwave, tv and solar panel were the difference although other owners may well have added these themselves. Have just had a call from Autosleeper, to let me know they are open for business again. Have booked in for a habitation check next week.Paulmold wrote:Thanks, never seen one before. If you quote the build number from inside your glovebox to AS they should be able to tell you what equipment was in the original build.

Mine had all of what you mention Colin, at the time these would probably have been extrasColinCamper wrote:Will try to find a similar Nuevo once we are free to roam again.
