Overnight stop PO6 4TH

Any advice please on a location as close as possible to : The Porthouse, Marina Keep, Port Solent, PO6 4TH.

Hi have stayed overnight in the big carpark at Port Solent after a late ferry crossing.

Ditto. We do this at least 4 times per year and have never been questioned or been made to feel uncomfortable. There are usually several other MHs there, widely spread and, because of the size of the parking area, causing no problem to daily users.

Thank you Rich. and Quilter....I have also now received information about :-                             Parking Marina Keep, Sitecode 62645, Marina Keep, PO6 4TP. ....                                             apparently it's a free site for 5 vans.

Have you the coordinates for this Roy ?

Marina Keep is the Port Solent parking area address . I strongly suspect this is exactly the same place, translated via Campercontact, Park4 Night or similar into a 5 van permitted area.

This is “ our” parking spot at Marina Keep. Put it into Google Street View and you’ll see what I mean :

I have the co. ordinates for Parking Marina Keep as :- 50.83943
                                                                                1.09795 so it is probably 'your' slot as you suspect. Thank you Quilter.
