Re: Cotswold gas tank
If you are on the site for long enough for this to be a problem would it not be a good idea to give the van a run and fill up?

Re: Cotswold gas tank
Yes - if there are LPG stations reasonably nearby. But there are locations where there aren’t any- which is the raison d’etre of this thread.
I am now able to look forward to a long holiday in the Hebrides confident that if my tank runs out, I can use a bottle.

Re: Cotswold gas tank
So, having read this thread I can connect a Spanish bottle to my pathetic AS gas tank using the Gaslow connector. The gas will only be used when the tank is empty?
Please note:
I am not concerned at leaving site empty. LPG readily available in Spain before morning cuppa.
I do not need to give my van a run out.
I would like to use the bbq point for the bbq.
I am currently in Spain. Next winter I intend to spend 3 months on one site. Electricity is metered on this site for over 90 day stay and regulars tell me Spanish bottled gas works out cheaper. Bottles sold on site.
Answer yes or no only

Re: Cotswold gas tank
A side issue. Has anybody had a larger tank fitted to a Malvern?
