Neuvo 2009 water tank reads low when full
My Neuvo 2009 water tank shows as very low even when I've just filled it. can anyone advise me what to do to rectify it. I've only had it since December brought private.

Hi Julie
As inspiredron says it seems to be a common problem...
We had our water tank sensors replaced on our Nuevo and more recently on the Broadway under warranty.
Its not an expensive job (if you supply the studs) and you can get the tank sensor studs cheap from Sargent here:

We have the same problem, tried cleansers, acetic acid additives and still the same
Is it an easy job to replace the sensors myself, anyone out there tried it

The previous posts were from Feb 2015 so don't expect much response.
