warwick duo bathroom door

we have a auto sleeper  warwick duo aged 2010 in excellent condition. we noticed  a slight tear underneath the button used to open the door. the next morning half of the door covering on the outside was in shreds. somehow the air behind the cover had blown  i contacted auto sleeper and they said because of the age it will be difficult to replace. I have tried eBay which was suggested but no luck. they had never heard of this happening .Has anyone had this problem or can anyone suggest how to go forward?

Put the word 'laminate' in the search box (top right) and you'll see several previous threads on the subject. To say 'they've not heard of it before' is a blatant lie.
