2005 Executive for sale

For sale due to retirement, our well-loved and maintained Auto-Sleeper Executive. She has only done 35,000 miles from new.

We have 15 or so mot certs to verify the mileage, plus full vehicle service history.

Only one previous owner, we have had the van for 14 years, three years ago we had four new tyres, a new cambelt and two new batteries, not due to the mileage, just to be safe on their condition. She has the 2.8 turbo diesel engine, and still drives like new.

Extras include 250W solar panel on the roof, rear wind-down steadies, two bike rack, swivelling front seats, awning.

Sale to include gas bottles, long mains hook-up lead, crockery and glasses, and newish levelling ramps.



The  upper berths have never been used, which gives us a huge amount of load space, non-smokers and no pets.

The van has never failed an mot, all clean with no advisories, except the last one, with an advisory for the drivers side inner sill.
The van went into a body shop, and they fitted new inner sills to both sides at my request, then undersealed the cab.

The chassis is galvanised, and still in mint condition front to back, there are no issues underneath this van - - -

Price is £24,950, I don't think you will find another Executive as good as this one.

The chassis is Galvanised ??????. please explain ?

The original vehicle chassis is NOT galvanised.

The extension chassis, I think by ALKO IS galvanised.

So when people see that bit galvanised they wrongly assume the whole chassis of the vehicle is too. It is not!!

This one pre sealing was still in the original white paint in the majority of places, where the paint had been lost was just surface rusted metal, all came clean with just a wire brushing. The extension part at the rear had never been painted, no need as it is galvanised...


No pics of that bit by sod's law but the part behind the rear spring hanger is a bolted on chassis extension, it is galvanised, so much so that we didn't bother undersealing it

As I actually own the same model, when the seller says "the chassis is fully galvanised front to back", then to a less informed buyer
they may well assume its fitted with a full Alko Chassis, which it is not !!!!!

That's why I posted, so others might not believe that all Pug based motorhome are galv chassis.

As always, buyer beware......

Apart from a mistake on the galvanising,this truck has been extremely well looked after.

A credit to its owner.

A good buy to anyone with the cash.

It does not look that Andy is in a rush to sell.

Hi,just seen your add, have just bought a cheap pollensa as couldn't find a good executive.it needs a bit of tidying or i would put it up for sale .I will keep an eye if yours hasn't sold soon.
