Picos Mountains. Empty Picos Mountains.

Early last month we spent the night at this beautiful spot halfway between Potes and Riano.
We were alone all night and the first vehicle we saw in the morning was this Nuevo, I think they pulled in for a photo opportunity.
What are the chances of this I wonder!
As we were about to move on I only exchanged pleasantries with the driver.
Anyone here I wonder?
