Winchcombe floor

Good Morning Fellow owners  Our 2017 motorhome has an issue with the floor ,has anyone had a similar issue perhaps on similar models ? The floor around area between sink and fridge basically centre of floor has gone “soft” like it is sinking but spring back up when no weight on it I know it is a double floor ,I will assume there will be some form of insulation in there as van is fully winterised ,either way looks as if a job for workshop to lift floor ,oddly enough a year past on habitation check floor in that area was delaminating ,that was duly repaired ,any/all info greatly received
