Broadway FB mirrors

Hello 
I am shortly due to take delivery of a new 2022 Broadway FB. 
My gate posts are quite tight at 2.6m so had planned to change the configuration (demolish a bit of the wall and move the gatepost to widen the gap) However the builder can’t do it before the probable delivery date.
So the dimensions with mirrors folded (2.32m) suggest that the van will fit through the gate posts as they currently are but with mirrors extended at 2.67m would be too risky.
However I’m unsure if the mirrors can be manually folded before driving through the gate posts whilst the engine is running (my car mirrors are auto fold and will only do so when the engine is off and the car centrally locked) 
Please could anyone tell me if the mirrors on the Broadway FB can be folded when engine is running?
