ASOC rallies

I am confused.  I understand that ASOC & ASOF are separate.  We are members of both (have paid my sub to ASOC)  Where do I find out details of the ASOC rallies.  I have found a list but no details.

ASOC have their own website, www.asoc.Uk.com where you can find rally details, they also put details in the monthly magazine where full details become available when you can book with the rally marshals

 Once the details appear in the monthly magazine, thats the point at which you can apply using the form supplied with the magazine.

Many thanks.  I guess I just wait for more information about the July rallies.  Both look to be quite interesting locations.  We've never been on a rally and thought we migh have a go this year.

I've been on all three of the July rallies  and can recommend  all of them, all interesting  locations and a great way to make some new friends.

Warner's Peterborough Show 10 - 13th June 2021
We booked for Peterborough 2020, even received Warner's letter with our registration details for our van's front windscreen. Currently I believe Warner's will carry over our booking, I'm thinking we will be going, but what of any ASOC members willing to act as marshals in the place of N&P who so commendably provided their time over many years?

From ASOC's website it looks like nobody yet has come forward to offer their services to be ASOC marshals at the Warner's Peterborough Show, no ASOC camping section then, so it probably means we'll just be pitched up with everybody else.

I'll just add that my impression of some recent Warner's shows was that they were on the slide, how much they'd shrunk in the years we'd been going and in the number of stall holders, and now we've got coronavirus.

I didn't mean that the two of us have got coronavirus just that I imagine that the Peterborough show 2021 will have even fewer exibitors and fewer people attending. Mrs R-V isn't wanting us to go to the show as there is little likelihood that there'll be an ASOC group being there. So that's it.

We are going to Warner's Peterborough 2021 show. For those still alive, life must go on despite coronavirus.

We are currently at the ASOC rally at Wigginton just outside York and was surprised to see only 24 vans on this very good venue (Bus Stop outside venue, toilets and showers in a new building with use of a meeting room, last but not least, brilliant hosts) 

That I know of, 5 of these vans are also forum member)

A excellent rally venue and Alan a great Marshall 

Alan son organised the use of a projection screen for who all wished to see the England match this afternoon and meat pies for all who wished at half time snack  

Venue has a bar and full toilet and shower facilities.

A rally not to be missed in the future

I went to a CAMC Rally a few weeks back and there was me and my next door neighbour and the rally marshal.
