Apparently not gone bust but a family decision to sell the land for redevelopment. They have transferred customer warranties to insurance backed warranties.

It is a shame Richard but to be honest who can blame them. How many of us could resist the sort of sums involved, not me!

A mate has a field that was left to him years ago, nothing special next to a main road. One nearby went for £10k about 15 years ago, now the house builders are fighting over it, we are talking millions not thousands.

I know the area well, outskirts of a village en route her to Gt Yarmouth, houses are going up everywhere here and I know from my travels virtually everywhere else as well

MrsH and I always comment when we see yet another development, where do all the people well enough off to buy come from and where do they get properly paid work to finance?
