Single lady

Good afternoon everyone. I am a newbie today and I'm so glad I've found you. I have a 1987 Talbot Express diesel but I'm not sure of the other part of the name. I am a complete novice with engines and bodywork, but Maisie needs some attention so I will be asking for help and advice, once I get started. As a single lady, nearing retirement, I am hoping to take her round Europe next year.

to the forum from a rather rainy and blustery Berkshire.

Don't be afraid to ask for any help, you'll be sure to get lots of advice and there is a wide range of members on here with a wealth of experience on all sorts of base vehicles and conversions. We don't believe there's any such thing as a daft question on here, we've all had to start from scratch at some time.

The main thing is to have fun and enjoy your experiences in your motorhome. I'm sure you'll want to try some local camping first to get the hang of things but when you do get across the Channel you'll find they are even more accommodating towards us.
