Hi There. I have owned motorhomes on and off for some 40 years, from a Ford Thames Dormobile through to todays grand model, a 2003 Nuevo on a Peugeot base, I have had it for 6 years and love it to bits. I live in the far north-east of Scotland so don't have to travel very far to get away from it all. The Cairngorms are only about 100 miles of superb driving away. Lucky or what? I am now retired and on my own but have for company two beautiful Collies and, nowadays, a cat as well. She didn't like being left out! It means having a good routine, everything in its place etc, but the Nuevo copes brilliantly. Owned an Autosleeper VHT back in the later 80's but prefer the more roomy coachbuild of the Nuevo, although it is probably the shortest length one on the market. A plus for the narrow Scottish roads. Hope to have lots of input and reading on this site. Cheers everyone.

Welcome to the forum,

I use to love the old Ford Thames vans and converted a couple myself to use as a Camper and for ferrying the 'Lads" to work !!
