Autosleeper Lancashire ES
For sale due to ill health, our 4 berth motorhome which we have had since 2012 is for sale.
It's a Marquis upgrade of a Nuevo, so had extras including interior air conditioning, better fabrics for all the upholstery, we have always covered the upholstery, so no stains, marks or fading of fabric has occurred. No damage to any working surface I.e dents, stains scratches etc. A microwave.
Central heating, possibly a couple of other bits, but I've forgotten. Loads of cupboards kitchen 2 are glass fronted. Reading lights. Comes with a TV circa 2011, original but works 12v & mains obs not sky enabled !!
It has a large sleeping area in the overcab luton roof area, you can sleep the kids, dogs cats etc, or if there's just 2 of you there's masses of storage.
the driver, passenger seat swivel to make a lounge dining area.
The ES means you can carry 2 extra belted passengers, if you are using it just for 2 persons you have the 2 side bench configuration with storage underneath & overhead in the luton. The sleeping arrangements are as usual, side bench beds or double bed in the middle.
We have the original carpet, never used & the glasses.
3 way hot water & heating, fridge/ freezer has had a new brain, it's clean, full oven ( used for storage) hob 3 gas 1 electric. Sink & drainer. Bathroom consists of swivel flush toilet, hand basin, shower never used with internal shower screens. Wardrobe has a rail, the ECB also access to a drawer, the roof aerial controls, tables and legs are also stowed here. Near the door is the electric panel that controls the heating, water & lighting & step, we had a new step last year.
Outside nearside locker takes ramps etc, offside gas locker takes 2 cylinders 1 Propane & 1Butane & Whale water system. There is a toilet cassette & entry point for refilling the flush.
Round the back is a 2 bike rack & a tow bar.
The van has been serviced by the same garage all the time we have had it & hasn't had a problem, we have every bit of paperwork, it had 4 new tyres 2 years ago.
It has had it's habitation done every 2 years, again by the same person & if it needed any work done it was done. No outside skirmishes, we have done our best to look after the van, there are no holes drilled into any part of the bodywork that shouldn't be be there & apart from a couple of paper scuffs from furniture moving it is in very good order & there has never been any need for any artificial car fresheners dangling around. Any information requested will be answered. I have no idea what the van is worth , I have looked at dealers, but this is a rare beast due to the luton & it's ability to carry 4.
Length of van is 5.6 metres, height 2.99 metres, mileage is 27775.

Might have more luck if you post it in the Motorhomes For Sale section as no everyone will look here.
