Owners Handbook Set Wanted Transit Amethyst

As above, just purchased my Autosleeper but owners Manual / Book pack has been lost

Had anyone got one for sale ?

Also looking for bike rack to go on the back at factory mounting points 

Any help or leads greatly appreciated

I have got a manual and am thinking of scanning it to PDF at some point of that helps? Could be printed out. 

Have you figured out the control panel yet? Not much detail in manual and am fumbling about a bit with the lights with my amethyst!
