2012 Autosleeper Lancashire Top Door Latch

Six weeks my motorhome has been off the road and I have missed two trips because the spring in the top latch of the habitation door has broken and therefore the door won't lock.

Having researched on here the Hartel Door and the Autosleeper Parts List I have tried to get the part without success and my garage, who could fit this part is angry at me for their time wasted in trying to get hold of this part too.

Please, has anyone got a telephone number or email address for someone at Autosleeper Parts Department that actually answers the phone or email.

Going through my Marquis Dealer is not an option due to the logistics in getting the vehicle to them as they are so far away.

I am so annoyed.

This is the parts dept phone number but I can't guarantee they will answer.....

I have always used the online enquiry form and they have come back to me within 24 hours.

They were pretty good when I contacted them using the on-line form, the email address they were using to get back to me was :

Had an unsigned email from Technical Services addressing me as 'Mr' (I'm Denise) saying they have passed my email on to parts@auto-sleepers.co.uk.

I await hearing from the Parts Department....
