Bizarre.
PC crashed on me. Had to reset and do a full OS reinstall. Tried log in to get access to my membership here "The Jacobite"
Just would not accept my login info. Didn't even allow a password reset
said the email to recover wasn't the email
associated with the account??
If admin can assist, get in touch.

I had similar a while ago. I couldn't get in after a browser update and was prompted to contact admin but there was no way offered to do so. Luckily it corrected itself after a few weeks.
