New to Autosleeper Executive 2002
Hi. I am in Ireland in Westmeath about an hour from Dublin and heading west. Anyone considering visiting this island will be welcome and happy to let campers stay on our premises if needed. Westmeath is known as the lake county, with sites to stay about €45 per night with EHU. Ancient East and Wild Atlantic Way easy to get to. No charges like ulez. Tolls on some motorways usually about€3.
Always alternative route to avoid tolls without too much diversion.
Previously had a Fiat Ducato van conversion and needed a truck licence due to weight. Needed something easier to drive and set up as getting older!

Hi Mona and welcome to the forum. The offer of letting motorhomes stop over is very welcome. We would love to try the WAW but I can’t see muttly liking ferries. We havnt managed to get him on buses yet.

Hi Dave418. Irish Ferries have kennel cages on board. I brought my 2 when they were pups and terrified they'd eat the insides of my vehicle or worse. They were fine . Mine wouldn't go on a bus either

I appreciate the thought Mona but muttly Paddy is a Romanian rescue dog that came with some foibles we are trying to overcome. He travels well in the motorhome but any changes take a lot of thinking about. Just going through doorways is a trial. It’s early days so we will slowly get him used to different things leading up more adventures .
