Handbrake extender
Which is the best handbreak extender for an auto sleeper Lancashire motorhome.
It’s a Peugeot boxer .
As a lady driver I am finding it hard to reach down to take handbrake off.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

Re: Handbrake extender
There's only two to choose from, the Kobran and the Rare-spares. Haven't seen the Kobran for a while so your left with the Rare-Spares, listed on ebay but read the ads regarding delivery.

Re: Handbrake extender
If anyone knows of a handbrake extender that would fit a 2000-2006 Ford Transit please let me know. My wife finds it almost impossible to reach.

Re: Handbrake extender
I use the raespares unit on our Nuevo Boxer
The added advantage is when you remove the pin to fold the extender down you can pop in a padlock so you can't release the handbrake for additional secuity
I also used one on our clubman GL T4 which I modified to fit the T4 handbrake handle

This is like looking at a Lakeland catalogue. You find something that you need but never knew existed. Thanks off to look

Re: Handbrake extender
Our seats aren't obstructed by the extender when it's in the down (safe) position
Made a massive difference in both the Clubman and now the Nuevo
Just needs a bit of getting used to but so much easier than scrabbling around by the seat trying to reach the handbrake
