Hi,
We have just imported a Broadway EK to New Zealand. We have encountered a problem getting the vehicle compliance certificate for NZ roads. So now off to find the right part of this forum to hopefully get some help so we can get our vehicle on the roads and begin enjoying it.

welcome_sign Hi and welcome from our chilly corner of Lincolnshire. One of our best holidays was hiring a camper in you’re part of the world.
We have just been saying we will come back next time we travel to Australia to visit managements family.

A warm welcome from another recently joined member and soon-to-be owner of a Kingham.

I have just sold our old Coachman 650 caravan to New Zealand. My UK advert was responded to by a NZ caravan importer, and it just left to start its journey yesterday (after all the money had sat safely in my bank for seven days!). I was surprised by the whole thing but a bit of due diligence muffled the alarm bells. The active market and the prices that used UK caravans seem to command in NZ also rather supported the fact that NZ traders like this do exist.

Anyway, the point of the waffle is that (if you are not already aware of it) there are clearly various people importing RV's into NZ all the time so they might just be able to assist with the bureaucracy. I know that my old van was heading off for fumigation etc. before it left these shores. Best of luck!
