You need to be searching for Mercedes Sprinter issues, not Malvern which is only the AS conversion.

I don't know about the Mercedes based vans but with the Peugeot based vans my understanding is that around 2019 A-S had something like 7 options on the vans that came from Peugeot. If you look in the Peugeot owners manual something like Active Brake assist was one of them. A leather steering wheel was, then wasn't, then apparently was again coming as standard.
We were never given a choice when we bought our Peugeot about what extra Peugeot features came with our van. It was bad enough for those folk wanting an auto gearbox, that meant A-S buying in a Fiat for a customer. Whether a Fiat with an automatic gearbox was finally delivered to many customers from A-S I'm not so sure.
